Ownership: Pod Chums is a private members network of individually owned and operated podcasts. Pod Chums has no rights to, or responsibility for, the content of individual podcasts. Pod Chums and associated content are owned by Fervorfish Digital Media.

Privacy: Information we gather is for the sole purpose of connecting with our members, prospective members and public audiences. All information is stored in secure third-party systems. Cookies are standard. We do not operate from the EU or California so no disingenuous popups required.

Dues: Our annual membership dues allow us to provide club services and run the network. Members have a 14 day refund period upon paying annual dues. Membership dues are obtained via secure third-party systems.
